Before trying any of the following please be sure you can move anything light easily and rapidly... the following are advanced techniques and should only be done when the basics are mastered. Advanced Telekinesis can include moving objects of high weight, especially sliding. Sliding objects is more difficult because of friction. This can be especially true when it comes to heavy objects. The heavier the object, the greater the friction. So now try moving something heavy. Try sliding or rolling it (depends on the object).
